Amarillo Portrait Photographers \\ 2011…a year in review

2011…what a year…a year of great triumph and growing…lots of growing, I’ve evovled in my style a lot through out the year, as an artist I am constantly critiquing myself and my work and I see something about it I don’t like so I alter it and change it up. 

Big changes of 2011 include:  leaving my day job to take on my Photography business full time and to spend more time being a mom.  Talk about a big and scary leap of Faith, but God has proven his greatness in this move.

2012 goal for us is to continue growing in our business and style,

We had a good amount of weddings and sessions through out last year that kept us busy, and we are really looking forward to what 2012 has to bring us, here are a few favorite session pictures from last year (wedding photos soon to come!), it really was impossible to narrow it down, and I know I’m leaving so many out, but this is what I have for now…cheers friend!

 

And saving the best for last, if you made it this far!   This is my absolute favorite picture of 2011, this is my Nephew Aaron and I had the extreme honor of attending his birth, it was the  most amazing moment (other than the birth of my own kids) that I’ve ever had the privilege of being a part of!
